Our process
Stage 1 - Pre Prep
Review of working drawings in preparation for our design brief meeting. This allows us to develop a “vision” for your home and consider the design direction that will best suite your project.
Stage 2 - Design Brief
In our design brief meeting we discuss the details and design of your project.
- Who is your target market? What is the end buyer of your development looking for in your completed project?
- What are your builder’s standard inclusions?
- Does your builder have any preferred suppliers?
- Is your development standard, a high end or somewhere in between?
- Is it financially viable to upgrade products based on this type of development?
- If so, we discuss which products are best upgraded for the highest return on your investment.
Stage 3 - Design
The exciting stage. After our design brief meeting we now have a clear vision of your project.
You sit back, relax and we will get to work on your design.
All external and internal products, fixtures, fittings and colours are designed and documented,
Stage 4 - Completion
The design process is complete.
We discuss your project in depth.
Following your approval, you receive your comprehensive design schedule.
Essentially an order form, your design schedule is a valuable tool that your builder refers to throughout your build.
Finalising your design schedule as early as possible eliminates the need for decisions throughout construction, often avoiding costly delays.
